My Approach

Rather than chasing symptoms, we dig deeper.

I look at what you're eating, how you're digesting, how you're sleeping, and how you're living — and we connect the dots.   

Because the answer to how you feel is rarely just one thing.

 

We work with whole foods first.

Real, nourishing food is the foundation of everything we recommend — not a quick fix or a handful of supplements.

Food is information for your body, and the right information changes everything.

We work on the other Foundations to create balance.

Along with a nutrient dense diet, I go over digestion, blood sugar regulation, sleep and stress.

When one is off, they are generally all off. We will work to get that balance back.

 

Every plan we create is built around you.

Your history, your lifestyle, your goals. There's no generic protocol here. Just a thoughtful, personalized approach designed to help you feel genuinely well.

We start where you are and build on simple steps.

 

We also believe in working with your wider healthcare team, not around them.

Nutritional therapy complements conventional medicine beautifully, and I'll support you in getting the full picture of your health.

We help navigate the noise and overwhelm.

There is a lot of information out there and it can be confusing. Bring your questions and concerns and we can get those answers.
